Heaton news - WB 25th March

In order for our students at Heaton to achieve great things we ensure that they are given every opportunity to enjoy learning and being given new challenges and experiences.

On Monday students in from SAK and 5CH went on a visit to a climbing centre. All students were fantastic and (despite some hesitancy) overcame initial reluctance to climb the walls. True determination was shown by all!

Today (Thursday) students enjoyed learning about the easter theme through attending the easter workshop held in the drama room. Groups took turns to access a range of easter themed activities. A big thankyou to the PTA for donating the easter eggs which were given to each student.

Consultation

A big thankyou to all parents who responded to our consultation about the changed times for the school day from September onwards. Your input was helpful . Going forward we will be going ahead with the changed times.

We take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy easter and Eid Mubbarak we look forward to the start of the summer term on Monday 15th April.
