Welcome back everyone! We trust you had a good half term break.

This week students from Beths class enjoyed taking part in the SHAPES alliance table cricket event that was held at our school on Wednesday. Students were given an opportunity to play table cricket, to take turns and cooperate through working as part of a team. All students did really well!

Travel consultation - This week Stockport have released a consultation in relation to changes to SEND transport. There are some significant proiposed changes that will effect many of our students at Heaton School. In order to respond to this consultation please go to: https://www.stockport.gov.uk/topic/send-travel-support

Children in Need - Friday 14th November - Next Friday we are raising money for children in need by having a non uniform day. We are asking for a £2 donation to wear yellow, fancy dress or whatever suits your fancy! As part of the 25th anniversary celebrations each class will be challenging themselves to 25. This could be anything from 25 laps of the playground, 25 star jumps, 25 minutes of dancing!! I'm looking forward to reporting back next week.

Have a great weekend!
