Firstly, a big well done to all our students who took part in the Greater Manchester School Games indoor rowing competition this week. All students who tookpart did amazingly well! As well as making some great choices while they were waiting for their part of the event, they also all did fantastically when it was their turn! Everyone won at least one medal (for either the male or female relay competition) and some students also won an additional medal for the individual competition.
My name is Katy and I am the chair of the PTA. My daughter is Zarah in Kyle's class, I also have three other daughters. I am a big fan of gaming (mostly dragon age), Marvel and baking, in fact I'm just a big kid! We realise that each of our families is unique, with their priorities, needs, talents and time constraints. However, we would welcome your participation in the PTA. We work collaboratively to organise events to raise funds to support our students, teachers and all our school families. Whether you have an hour a month to pitch in or an hour a week, we would love to have you on board. We meet once a half term in person and virtually. If you want to join us, please attend our next meeting on Wednesday 24th May at 7 pm. Alternatively, please contact the office to express your interest. I look forward to seeing you all there.
