Heaton news - WB 21st July
Date: 28th Jul 2025 @ 11:09am
The end of the summer term always brings with it some happy 'celebration' moments. On Thursday we had our leavers presentation for parents /carers, followed by our celebration assembly on Friday where we said goodbye to our 14 year 14's. All 14 of our leavers have every reason to be proud of their achievements whilst being at Heaton School. All leavers will be continuing their education and life journey at either Seashell, Aquinas or Cheadle College.
Many classes have enjoyed end of term day trips over the past few weeks. Helen's class had a great time at the adventure farm park!
Holiday resources - please see attached a few examples of sensory activities that your Son/ daughter may be able to do over the summer holiday. I also attach the countdown calendar in readiness for the start of term
As the year draws to an end I want to thank each and every family who has worked in partnership with us over the past year. For some it is the end of this partnership but for others it is only just the start. At Heaton School we are so thankful to you, parents, family and carers for your support. For those families who return in September we look forward to continuing our journey with you in September and for those who are moving on please know that you are always welcome back for our many events we have throughout the year.
Have a wonderful summer everyone!
