A huge THANKYOU to Terries class who planned our school red nose day today! Students and staff worked hard to plan a number a fund raising activities. The cake sale was a huge success and all classes took part in student vs staff challenges. Overall the students won!! In total a total of £75 was raised.
As part of the “Cultures and Communities” theme, the Preformal department visited The Buddhist Temple in Edgeley. The students and staff received a warm welcome and had the opportunity to experience aspects of the Buddhist culture and religion in an authentic immersive environment. They experienced a meditation session and took part in food and gift offerings. They also attended a talk about the three keys to happiness: 1. Do not do bad 2. Do good 3.Have a happy mind.
