Holiday Club

In each school holiday we run activities for students to access on the school site for part of the holidays.

Our current provision ts run by Progressive Sports but we are hoping to add to this from Spetember 2024.

Sessions are supported by experienced school staff and tailored to the interests of those who will attend. The emphasis is sports and activity but also on fun and social interaction but utilising resources we have in school to continue progress where possible in areas such as communication and life skills. In conjunction with class teachers specific programmes and activities can be developed to support consistency between the school term and these sessions.

Activities are run by staff who know the individuals who attend and are developed using the interests and activities that motivate students. Sessions are open initially to students who qualify for funding and then is open to all students (if possible) to all students but places are allocated dependant on the experience and knowledge of the staff who volunteer their services having the capability to support each individuals needs.
